York Art Association’s first exhibit of the year opens January 16 at 2pm.
York County is home to so many interesting parks, farms, waterways, country sides, and architecture that serve as an inspiration for artists. This event will celebrate the unique beauty of this area with an exhibition of the artwork created of those inspiring views by YAA members. The show opens Sunday, January 16, and runs until February 13, 2022. Gallery hours are Monday through Friday, 10am to 3pm, and Sunday 2pm to 4pm.
Awards for first, second, and third place will be presented to winning artists during the opening reception Sunday, January 16, from 2pm to 4pm. Professor of Art, Matthew Clay-Robison, will judge the exhibition.
The exhibition is free and open to the public. York Art Association is located at 220 S. Marshall Street, York PA.
Showing concurrently in the Sally Little Danyo Members’ Sales Gallery will be works created by the youth in YAA’s educational programs.
